Protection of Personal Data

You can submit your requests within the scope of your rights listed in Article 11 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 by filling out the Application Form completely and sending it to our company via one of the methods described below.

For applications via Email:

After filling out and signing the application form, you can send an email to info@isikdis.com.tr using the email address registered in our company’s system. The subject line of the email should be “Application Within the Scope of the Personal Data Protection Law”.

For applications via Registered Mail with Return Receipt, Notary Notification or In Person:

After filling out and signing the application form, you can send it to the address Kartaltepe Mah. Yeşil Adalı Sk. No: 1A Bakırköy / İSTANBUL by writing “Application Within the Scope of the Personal Data Protection Law” on the envelope/notification.

In all applications, it is mandatory for the applicant to verify their identity.

Your applications submitted to us will be answered in writing or via electronic means, depending on your preference, as soon as possible and no later than 30 (thirty) days from the date your request reaches us.

What Are Your Rights?

To learn whether your personal data is being processed or not,
If your personal data has been processed, to request information regarding this,
To learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether it is being used in accordance with that purpose,
To know the third parties to whom your personal data is transferred domestically or abroad,
If your personal data is incomplete or incorrectly processed, to request its correction and to request that the correction be notified to third parties to whom the data has been transferred,
Although it has been processed in accordance with the law and relevant legal provisions, to request the deletion or destruction of your personal data if the reasons requiring its processing no longer exist, and to request that this process be notified to third parties to whom the data has been transferred,
To object to a result that is against you arising from the analysis of your processed data exclusively through automated systems,
If you suffer damage due to the unlawful processing of your personal data, to request the compensation of the damage.
